His career began as an IT consultant, working with clients nationwide for two decades, which shaped his passion for designing agile systems that stand up to real-world demands. William applies first principles thinking to build robust, scalable solutions and is committed to fostering collaboration across IT, privacy, and QA teams to protect client data and reputation.
