Our quality assurance team prides itself on the attraction and retention of high quality, appropriately-qualified, experienced industry experts with specialized expertise. Each auditor has a solid scientific background enabling an understanding of the technical complexities of bioanalysis and toxicology.

The quality assurance team undergo in-depth and ongoing training programs and are members of quality organizations including RQA and SQA and keep up to date with current regulatory knowledge through conference attendance and internal and external training opportunities.

Our laboratory directors play a critical role in the maintenance of quality and regulatory compliance.

Establishing that our test systems, methodologies and reports provide quality services.

Confirming operational personnel are qualified, trained and competent.

We ensure that quality control, verification testing and equipment maintenance is performed regularly and that appropriate action is taken when necessary.

Our operational teams are trained in audit etiquette and accustomed to routine internal and external auditing.

Employees are encouraged to report any concerns they witness, or suspect, that could impact quality. Employees are free to report any concerns to their manager, a member of HR, any senior executive, or quality assurance.
