Director, Immunoassay
Born in Poland, Agata earned a Master’s degree in Biotechnology before relocating to the United Kingdom to pursue a career in the life sciences industry. Over the years, Agata has gained extensive experience in animal and human diagnostics, the agricultural sector, histology, and immunochemistry, with a strong focus on bioanalysis in drug development.
Since 2008, Agata has specialized in large-molecule bioanalysis, working in both laboratory and leadership roles, including at a major contract research organization (CRO) in the UK. In 2017, Agata has moved to Adelaide, where she continued advancing bioanalytical methodologies, particularly in support of immunogenicity, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics assays for large-molecule therapeutics.
Currently leading the IA operational team at Agilex Biolabs, Agata has transitioned into a managerial role while maintaining a deep passion for method development. Agata takes pride in building assays from the ground up, optimizing reagents, and troubleshooting complex bioanalytical challenges—an area of expertise that remains at the core of her professional drive.
