Kim Salvatore’s (BSc (Hons Organic Chemistry), GradCert PM) industry experience spans 15+ years working in the Pharma & BioPharma industries across new product development, bioanalysis and toxicology projects. Kim joined Agilex in 2022 and is credited with establishing the project management function of the business.
With a focus on both client satisfaction and internal productivity, Kim now leads cross-functional commercial and operational service teams, including contract generation and project management, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments. Kim is dedicated to driving operational excellence by implementing streamlined processes, enhancing service delivery, ensuring the timely execution of projects and continuous improvement.
